Blue Collar is a small restaurant located in the historic MiMo district of Miami; a casual neighborhood spot serving from-scratch food for people that like to eat. Blue Collar offers a daily rotation of braised dishes, parmesans, ribs and an unprecedented variety of vegetables. Blue Collar is where you go for a home cooked meal when you’re far away from home; settling into a warm plate of shrimp & grits or tearing through its celebrity namesake sandwich, The Corben, with braised brisket, latkes and ‘meat juice,’ it is the restaurant’s goal to make guests feel like a close friend.
