LocalSave is a free information service that lets independent local businesses ("Merchants") publish time-limited offers ("Deals") and lets consumers discover Deals near them. LocalSave is not a party to any transaction. We do not sell vouchers, process payments, or guarantee any Deal.
Each Merchant is solely responsible for the Deals it publishes, including their accuracy, availability, legality, honoring them at the stated terms and times, and any limits (such as quantity). If a Deal is not honored, your remedy is with the Merchant, not with us. We may, but are not obligated to, remove Deals or suspend Merchants at our discretion.
A Deal is redeemed by showing the Deal screen at the business during the Deal's time window and paying the business directly. Deals have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless the Merchant says otherwise, and expire at the end of their time window.
Merchants must provide accurate business information and only publish offers they intend to honor. Prohibited: false or misleading offers, illegal goods or services, offers from chains or franchises where prohibited, and content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. Every published Deal is additionally subject to the Deal Integrity Rules, which form part of these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The consumer app requires no account. You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to interfere with the service or misrepresent Deal screens (for example, reusing expired Deals).
LocalSave is free for consumers, always. Merchants receive a free period at signup (six months for founding members, thirty days thereafter). After the free period, publishing deals requires a subscription: $19.99/month standard, $14.99/month for founding members (locked for as long as the subscription remains active), or $199/year. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on the web dashboard only — never inside the mobile app — and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. We may change standard pricing with 30 days' notice; the founding-member monthly rate will not increase.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optima Build Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dispute between you and a Merchant. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 USD.

LocalSave es un servicio de información gratuito que permite a negocios locales independientes ("Negocios") publicar ofertas por tiempo limitado ("Ofertas") y a los consumidores descubrir Ofertas cercanas. LocalSave no es parte de ninguna transacción. No vendemos cupones, no procesamos pagos y no garantizamos ninguna Oferta.
Cada Negocio es el único responsable de las Ofertas que publica: su exactitud, disponibilidad, legalidad, su cumplimiento en los términos y horarios indicados, y cualquier límite (como cantidad). Si una Oferta no se cumple, su reclamo es con el Negocio, no con nosotros. Podemos, sin estar obligados, eliminar Ofertas o suspender Negocios a nuestra discreción.
Una Oferta se canjea mostrando la pantalla de la Oferta en el negocio durante su horario y pagando directamente al negocio. Las Ofertas no tienen valor en efectivo, no se combinan con otras promociones salvo que el Negocio lo indique, y vencen al final de su horario.
Los Negocios deben proporcionar información veraz y publicar solo ofertas que piensan cumplir. Prohibido: ofertas falsas o engañosas, bienes o servicios ilegales, y contenido ilícito, engañoso o que infrinja derechos. Toda Oferta publicada está además sujeta a las Reglas de Integridad de Ofertas, que forman parte de estos términos. Podemos suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estas reglas.
La app del consumidor no requiere cuenta. Usted acepta usar la app para fines personales y no comerciales, y no interferir con el servicio ni tergiversar las pantallas de Oferta (por ejemplo, reutilizar Ofertas vencidas).
LocalSave es gratis para los consumidores, siempre. Los Negocios reciben un período gratuito al registrarse (seis meses para miembros fundadores, treinta días después). Tras el período gratuito, publicar ofertas requiere una suscripción: $19.99/mes estándar, $14.99/mes para miembros fundadores (fijo mientras la suscripción permanezca activa), o $199/año. Las suscripciones se cobran vía Stripe solo en el panel web — nunca dentro de la app móvil — y pueden cancelarse en cualquier momento, con efecto al final del período pagado. Podemos cambiar el precio estándar con 30 días de aviso; la tarifa mensual de miembro fundador no aumentará.
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Optima Build Solutions no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de disputas entre usted y un Negocio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a $50 USD.
